CANCELLATION POLICY

Unicom Advertising believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has, therefore, a liberal cancellation policy.
Under this policy, we have:

Cancellation will be considered only if the request is made within 72 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the execution process has started the basis of the order.

Unicom Advertising does not accept cancellation requests unless the customer establishes that the quality of product/service delivered is not at par to the standards of requirements that were communicated or agreed upon.

In case you feel that the product/service received is not as per the scope of the project defined by you or as was mutually agreed upon, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take appropriate action.

All cancellation requests must be submitted to accounts and billing department of Unicom Advertising. You may submit your cancellation requests via email, fax and/or directly through mail or phone. Your request will not be considered valid unless and until you receive confirmation from our accounts or billing department. The confirmation email or number given by the accounts department of Unicom Advertising will act as proof of the cancellation of service.
